⏳ Return Window
You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
📦 Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please fill out our Contact Form immediately upon delivery and include photos of the damage and packaging. Damaged items reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
🚫 No Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer product exchanges.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service—we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.
